  • Autoridade de Segurança Alimentar e Económica (ASAE) – Conducts market surveillance, product safety enforcement, and CE marking inspections.

  • Infarmed – National Authority of Medicines and Health Products – Regulates pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and health supplements.

  • Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações (ANACOM) – Oversees telecom and RF equipment, frequency licensing, and RED compliance.

  • Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira (Customs) – Verifies import documentation and ensures regulatory conformity at entry points.

  • CE Marking:

    • Mandatory for regulated products such as:

    • Products must include:

      • CE mark

  • Product Registration:
